Dr. Ross and her team are incredible. If I can give them 10 stars, I would! Her comprehensive approach to eye care and procedures is unmatched. I came to her years ago with a huge floater obstructing my vision. I also have had extremely poor vision and severe dry eyes most of my life. Now, several procedures later, my vision is crystal clear. It is amazing! Dr. Ross responds quickly to every inquiry, as does her team. I couldn't be more happy!

I have never had such a through eye exam. From the moment I walked in as a new patient until I left everyone was so friendly and professional. Dr Ross is outstanding and recommend her 100%. She and her staff explained every eye exam I was given which was wonderful. I really felt like they cared about me.

I developed a large floater and was scheduled for an appointment the same day as I called. Dr. Ross was fantastic. She explained what was going on and what she recommended be done to prevent a retinal tear. The procedure to only a few minutes with minimal discomfort. Her office is great with the latest in technology and her staff is wonderful. Well, I had Floter on my right eye after I seen Dr. Robin and recommended laser surgery I got a little scared and decided not to do anything right away. I kind of got used to it but then in a month I had it in the left eyes and he was really in the middle of my vision and bother me very much, and I got really worried .I want to see Dr. Robin and I decided to try on one of my right first eye because it was a very lazy eye and not having very good vision. Doctor Ross is excellent. If I could give 10 stars, I would. When I discovered my eye issues, her office got me in that same afternoon. Treatment plans were put in place. I did have 2 surgeries by Dr. Ross and the outcome is phenomenal. I highly recommend Dr. Ross and Global Retina Institute.
