This practice is amazing! From the first initial contact with Jordan all the way to Dr. Ross the service was outstanding! Dr. Ross and her team saved my eye. I was on vacation and I started to have flashes and floaters all at once. I contacted her office and was seen the next morning. After several extensive tests I was diagnosed with a retinal tear and Dr. Ross was able to treat it with a top of the line lazer machine. One of only twelve in the country. Dr Ross is the most professional, caring, and extremely proficient ophthalmologist and eye surgeon.Everyone in that office is very knowledgeable and experienced team members. Dr. Ross literally saved my life!!! I was unable to enjoy the things in life I most enjoy because of all of the huge Weiss ring floaters in both eyes right in my line of vision.. She said one was the size of Saturn! It was actually depressing and frustrating to not be able to see. I am now able to read again without big black blurry spots in my direct line of vision. I experienced a retinal detachment on a Saturday evening. After I called Dr Ross she brought me into her office the following morning. After thorough diagnostic tests she verified the detachment. Dr. Ross and Laura her assistant expertly reattached my retinal and instilled a gas bubble. During the process they communicated everything they were doing easing my anxiety. I was referred to Dr. Robin Ross by my optometrist after experiencing flashes in my eye. I'm a cautious person by nature but I can't say enough great things about Dr. Ross and her staff. Not only a great doctor who explains everything in easy to understand language but is nice, funny, and kind. I also found out that my floaters which were terrible in one eye, could be helped with laser surgery after an ophthalmologist said there was nothing that could be done. I have 2 friends that both were patients of Dr. Ross for detached retinas and each highly recommended her. I had significant floaters in both eyes for at least 3 years opting first for Laser treatment, then finally in September of this year (2021) decided to have her perform a Vitrectomy on each of my eyes.
