Professional and thorough! I was feeling desperate in regards to my vision concerns and in May 2021 I was finally referred to Global Retina Institute. Dr. Ross listened and provided excellent care. The entire staff is pleasant and the office is spotless/clean!

First Class care. Dr. Ross and staff are wonderful, communicate very well and I don't believe there is anyone who could have done a better job for my complicated eye surgery (molecular hole).

I've been going to Dr. Ross for a little over a year now due to eye floaters. I'm always impressed by the state of the art technology they use and Dr. Ross's knowledge is what makes their office second to none. Absolutely the best eye care I have ever had!. First is the number and quality of scans and tests done, to actually listening to my concerns and symptoms. And now, after the vitrectomy procedures, I see with such clarity and definition. Dr. Ross and her staff are truly gifted in what they do, and they do it with professionalism and by being personable and kind!

I originally went to Global Retina Institute to treat a persistent floater. After extensive diagnostic procedures Dr. Ross told me I had proliferative diabetic retinopathy, for which I had been tested by a specialist in NY twice a year for 15 years, with no such diagnosis. Dr. Ross had the equipment & expertise to properly diagnose my PDR. She & her staff were so kind & caring addressing my shock. I’ve been a patient at Global Retina Institute for 8 to 9 months and have been extremely satisfied with the service and care provided by the staff. Dr Ross takes the time necessary to explain the diagnosis, causes and treatments needed as well as answering any questions possible. Medical issues are extremely emotional and challenging for patients, but to have a doctor and staff show genuine care, and work with you on how to manage the treatment in a way that reduce the anxiety is an amazing opportunity.
