I would rate Global Retina Institute a 100 if I could. I've been under Dr Ross's care for almost a year. I was referred to her by my regular optometrist before cataract surgery. She was instrumental in getting appointments with the cataract surgeon, even getting them moved up when the surgeon's office pushed out my initial appointments. I have a complex eye situation with a myriad of diagnosis. I was referred to Dr. Ross and could not be more grateful for being under her care. Thanks to Dr Ross my vision is better than it’s been in years. I’ve recovered from surgery on both Retinas and am amazed with my new vision. As always, I feel very comfortable after seeing Dr. Ross. She explains things in great detail and never hurries through my appointments. After getting misleading information from my former ophthalmologist, Dr. Ross suggested I obtain long overdue cataract surgery. Today my vision is 20-15 when earlier I was informed by my ophthalmologist that my vision prescription could never be Strengthened again and I was soon to lose driving privileges. I feel blessed that Dr. Ross was referred to me.

Had floaters [Weiss Ring] to the point it was controlling my life back home in Michigan was told I was going to have to deal with them. Did a internet search while in Phoenix and found Global Retina Institute visited them the next day talked to Jordan and set up a appointment. Had the Laser Floater Treatment a few times things are so much better. Not completely gone but so much better and I am in control of my life again......

From the moment I walked into the clinic to meeting Dr. Ross and her wonderful staff I felt at ease. I was fortunate to have found Dr. Ross who not only repaired a hole in my retina, treated me for dry eye syndrome and is now working with me on an effective treatment for my debilitating floaters. Coming from Canada where adequate eye care is limited and wait lists are long I wouldn't trust anyone else to provide me with my eye care solutions except Dr. Ross and her amazing team.
