My Vitrectomy was 4/30/24 and it went so well. The follow up and professionalism is outstanding. The staff is excellent. My sight is amazing. Thank you so much Dr. Ross and staff.
After having seen four other ophthalmologists, I am so grateful to have found Dr. Ross and her incredible staff at Global Retina Institute. Dr. Ross was able to identify and treat an issue that another physician missed. Dr. Ross spends time explaining to her patients what is going on, has modern advanced equipment making treatment more comfortable, and treats everyone with kindness and dignity.
Dr. Robin Ross has been such an incredible doctor with my moms care! Her knowledge and professionalism goes above and beyond great care and compassion that she shows towards patients. My moms care in the past for her eyes just doesn't compare to what she has now. Thank you so much for everything you do and we feel so lucky to have you near by.
Dr. Ross and her staff are wonderful. I made the 4 hour journey to Scottsdale and it was well worth it. After my cataract surgery in my small town, I had a lot of visible floaters impeding my vision. Dr Ross had my eye tested in many ways, more than any other ophthalmology office I had visited. She also noticed that I had a macular pucker and Posterior Capsular Opacification as well. Dr Ross had said that a vitrectomy would be best since I had a "snowstorm" of floaters going on, but I wanted to try the laser surgery first. S... read more
Great people and very thorough, patient focused care.
Recently a large floater formed in my left eye, blocking my central visual field. This was very distressing because it severely interfered with my favourite activities: flying, reading, writing, motor biking. I went online to find out what treatments were available, and came across Dr. Ross’ website. Her presentation and explanations on her website were clear and confidence inspiring. I decided to sign up for laser treatment of my floater at her clinic, the "Global Retina Institute" in Phoenix, AZ. Right after my arrival at ... read more
Following cataract surgery, I've had 2 1/2 years of eye discomfort from dry eye and impaired vision from floaters. At my first appointment with Dr. Ross and her staff, I underwent an extensive eye examination, received a definitive diagnosis for my dry eye, was treated that day with Lipiflow including a home program to follow, and treatment options for my floaters was reviewed with me. My dry eye symptoms are now virtually resolved and I have knowledge on how to manage those symptoms. LFT is proving to be beneficial in im... read more
You are treated as a person not a Dx. Dr. Ross wanted to know you personally. Everyone in the office is kind and respectful. Everything is fully explained.
I had a vitrectomy in each eye for floaters and both times Dr. Ross did an amazing job. She monitors her patients consistently post surgery to ensure every issue is resolved. Her reputation precedes her. I flew across the country for both surgeries and am extremely grateful to no longer have floaters.
