I had a vitrectomy in each eye for floaters and both times Dr. Ross did an amazing job. She monitors her patients consistently post surgery to ensure every issue is resolved. Her reputation precedes her. I flew across the country for both surgeries and am extremely grateful to no longer have floaters.

Dr. Ross and all of the staff at Global Retina are absolutely the best I could have hoped for! When I found out that I needed YAG Capsulotomy laser surgery, I started searching surgeons. I felt completely comfortable from the minute I walked into the Global Retina Institute. The staff was cordial and made me feel welcome even though I arrived very early after my trip from the airport. I was efficiently escorted to each exam station and the medical staff explained the procedures thoroughly. I have been a patient of Global Retina Institute since June of 2022. Dr. Ross and her staff are such caring people. I have received excellent care and always everything is explained in great detail so that I understand just what my eye issues are. I have major floaters that have interfered with everyday life. I have had several rounds of laser surgery with the Ellex laser and have been so happy with my progress. GRI is a high quality practice. Dr. Ross is an excellent doctor who has much experience with the procedures she performs. She performed 2 vitrectomies on me, and I felt very safe with her.
