Dr. Ross and the entire staff are far and away the BEST health care PROFESSIONALS i have worked with and that list is unfortunately long. For five years I’ve been pestered by an intruder in my eye that has interfered with my driving mostly. I visited Dr. Ross at the Global Retina Institute. Well, let me just say..I’m so glad I was referred to Dr Ross. She and her staff were absolutely wonderful. I went in with a big issue, worried of course. They took the tome and walked me through every procedure, told me what expect, and made me feel very secure. I now know more about my eyes with the tests they preformed and feel like I was in the very best hands. I was one of those people that had cataract surgery when I was 33 on both eyes, I’m now 62. I left a message about my problem on Sunday. Wednesday Jordon called and asked about my condition. I said I was ok, that I had talked with my eye doctor who told me I had some blood in my eye. Two hours later while I was in Scottsdale Jordon called me again and said Dr Ross wanted to see me as soon as possible. Since I was in Scottsdale they set up an immediate appointment. Bottom line I had a retina tear and laser procedure was done. Great service and concern for my well being. Cheerful and friendly staff.

Dr. Robin Ross is an excellent doctor supported by a warm and professional team. The patient experience from start to finish was phenomenal and I can't think of a doctor who exudes more care and concern for positive treatment outcomes.
