I felt I had a possible critical issue and this was my first appointment with their clinic. They went out of their way to get me an appointment the same day. It turned out to be critical and they performed laser on my eye that day. They use high tech equipment and explained my issue with great detail. Thank you for a wonderful experience. The staff is professional and compassionate. They helped me through diagnosis and a treatment that I wasn't expecting. I was nervous about the treatment and they were very reassuring. It's working and I'm so glad they were able to help save my eyesight. They're one of the best eye doctor's offices I've been to. And, I've been to many!

WOW, I don't even know where to begin. Dr Ross and her team provided me with the best care, support, customer service, etc that I have ever received at a Dr's office! They got me in last minute at 4:45pm when I had metal chunks in my eye. The team stayed late for me (until almost 6pm) and where so kind, compassionate and caring while they removed the debris and treated my eye. I have had large floaters in my left eye since 2002 and it really became a major issue when my right eye also developed large floaters in 2016. With both eyes being affected with large floaters my ability to see clearly became an issue. I'm in my mid forties with a high degree of nearsightedness. I need more stars! Dr. Robin Ross has saved my vision, twice! I wrote about the first time in a previous review. I recently had a second vision-saving surgery with Dr. Ross's colleague Dr. Zabriskie at the Moran Eye Center in Salt Lake City, Utah.
