I cannot say enough about how wonderful my experience at global retina institute was today. Last night I started having white flashes and then this morning floaters. My eye doctor recommended GRI, and I could not be more grateful for the service I received there. First of all, they worked me in the same day. I was so relieved, as eye issues can be alarming. I love Global Retina Institute! I do not trust anyone else with my eyecare treatment. I have been to several eye doctors throughout my life and there is no comparison. I am so grateful to have found them! Dr. Ross and her staff are the absolute best! I rarely felt that my eyes would be a problem and at my age I was paying more attention to other possible medical issues. When I saw flashes in my left eye and researched what it could be, I though oh no. I was referred to Dr. Ross's office the very next day. Dr. Ross performed my essential eye surgeries, a left and right eye vitrectomy, during the summer of 2020. She is the best surgeon I've ever had. She is always on the cutting edge of new technology and treatments, and she is the most thorough and compassionate surgeon I've ever known. I have been in the medical industry for decades here in the valley, there is little I have not seen or experienced when it comes to patient care and safety. I felt I had a possible critical issue and this was my first appointment with their clinic. They went out of their way to get me an appointment the same day. It turned out to be critical and they performed laser on my eye that day. They use high tech equipment and explained my issue with great detail. Thank you for a wonderful experience. The staff is professional and compassionate. They helped me through diagnosis and a treatment that I wasn't expecting. I was nervous about the treatment and they were very reassuring. It's working and I'm so glad they were able to help save my eyesight. They're one of the best eye doctor's offices I've been to. And, I've been to many!
