I experienced a retinal detachment on a Saturday evening. After I called Dr Ross she brought me into her office the following morning. After thorough diagnostic tests she verified the detachment. I was referred to Dr. Robin Ross by my optometrist after experiencing flashes in my eye. I'm a cautious person by nature but I can't say enough great things about Dr. Ross and her staff. Not only a great doctor who explains everything in easy to understand language but is nice, funny, and kind. I have 2 friends that both were patients of Dr. Ross for detached retinas and each highly recommended her. I had significant floaters in both eyes for at least 3 years opting first for Laser treatment, then finally in September of this year (2021) decided to have her perform a Vitrectomy on each of my eyes. The office is equipped to handle every and all testing needed. Very flexible in working with my situation to get me accommodated. I was very apprehensive about the whole procedure but the staff was available for any and all questions. Made me aware of long term possible issues immediately. Don’t think twice about getting your procedure!

My experience at Global Retina Institute has been fantastic. I love Dr. Ross and her staff. I had two vitrectomy’s (removing floaters) both eyes. Talk about a life change! I drove myself AT NIGHT to hear Emmylou Harris at the Mesa Art Center! A total life changing experience! No Expensive Uber - i drove myself because i trusted my vision finally! I could not be happier! Time to hear live music, even after the sun goes down. What a gift this has been. Call these folks if you need a Retina Specialist! - Molly

Professional and thorough! I was feeling desperate in regards to my vision concerns and in May 2021 I was finally referred to Global Retina Institute. Dr. Ross listened and provided excellent care. The entire staff is pleasant and the office is spotless/clean!
