What an amazing experience! After being told that my only option was vitrectomy, I consulted Dr. Ross about Laser Floater Treatment. Robin, Laura, and Dr. Ross made me feel comfortable, informed, and ready for treatment at my first visit. Dr Robin Ross is the most outstanding Retinal Specialist I have ever encountered! The education, care, and expertise that she offered to me over the last 7 months was overwhelmingly high in consistency. This was the most comprehensive eye exam I ever had with extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff. Dr Ross, Laura and Robin are all excellent. They made me feel at ease for a very nerve wracking procedure. Would highly recommend this place for your eye care they will take good care of you!

Dr. Robin Ross is without a doubt the most gifted and brilliant Retina specialist in the country. Her level of caring and personal dedication to us has been second to none. I cannot say enough about how wonderful my experience at global retina institute was today. Last night I started having white flashes and then this morning floaters. My eye doctor recommended GRI, and I could not be more grateful for the service I received there. First of all, they worked me in the same day. I was so relieved, as eye issues can be alarming. I love Global Retina Institute! I do not trust anyone else with my eyecare treatment. I have been to several eye doctors throughout my life and there is no comparison. I rarely felt that my eyes would be a problem and at my age I was paying more attention to other possible medical issues. When I saw flashes in my left eye and researched what it could be, I though oh no. I was referred to Dr. Ross's office the very next day. Dr. Ross performed my essential eye surgeries, a left and right eye vitrectomy, during the summer of 2020. She is the best surgeon I've ever had.
