I left a message about my problem on Sunday. Wednesday Jordon called and asked about my condition. I said I was ok, that I had talked with my eye doctor who told me I had some blood in my eye. Two hours later while I was in Scottsdale Jordon called me again and said Dr Ross wanted to see me as soon as possible. Since I was in Scottsdale they set up an immediate appointment. Bottom line I had a retina tear and laser procedure was done. Great service and concern for my well being. Cheerful and friendly staff.

It was a wonderful experience! They found out what caused the infection in my right eye! They are my HEROES! They are the best when it comes to knowledge & experience! Dr. Robin Ross is an excellent doctor supported by a warm and professional team. The patient experience from start to finish was phenomenal and I can't think of a doctor who exudes more care and concern for positive treatment outcomes. I thought I had won the lottery in relocating to Phoenix Arizona from San Francisco. This move was the best thing I had experienced in 2020, or at least I thought it was? What an amazing experience! After being told that my only option was vitrectomy, I consulted Dr. Ross about Laser Floater Treatment. Robin, Laura, and Dr. Ross made me feel comfortable, informed, and ready for treatment at my first visit. Dr Robin Ross is the most outstanding Retinal Specialist I have ever encountered! This was the most comprehensive eye exam I ever had with extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff. Dr Ross, Laura and Robin are all excellent. They made me feel at ease for a very nerve wracking procedure. Would highly recommend this place for your eye care they will take good care of you!
