The chemistry of Dr.Ross’ team creates a perfect atmosphere for patients at the office. I was experiencing vision issues in my eye and the care that I received put me at ease and helped me fully understand the underlying issues that were occurring. Very thorough evaluation to determine if my floater would be a good candidate for the YAG laser therapy. Dr. Ross explained my situation and the procedure and I felt comfortable with her confidence and skill in using the laser on my floater. It was a complete success and I couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend Dr. Ross and the YAG laser treatment to remove floaters that are appropriate for this procedure.

Global Retina Institute provided the most thorough medical analysis that I have ever received. From the moment I walked through the front door I was afforded individual attention. Before any procedure or test was done an explanation was provided. Laura gently guided me through various tests, gathered information and built a great trust in the clinic and Dr. Ross. Thanks to all the staff. Everyone was so informative every step .Doc. was awesome in all her explanations for my eye problems. I was very nervous about having my laser procedures done. Everyone was so great through the whole thing. All my worries I had were for nothing. The procedure was very fast and painless. It was so quick and it was done before I knew it. Again I can’t thank everyone enough for being so awesome.
