I’ve been a patient at Global Retina Institute for 8 to 9 months and have been extremely satisfied with the service and care provided by the staff. Dr Ross takes the time necessary to explain the diagnosis, causes and treatments needed as well as answering any questions possible. Medical issues are extremely emotional and challenging for patients, but to have a doctor and staff show genuine care, and work with you on how to manage the treatment in a way that reduce the anxiety is an amazing opportunity. Professional from start to finish. I understood my condition and was informed of all my options. I would highly recommend the practice. I felt that their attention to details was like a concierge practice. Dr Ross is an excellently trained compassionate physician who was very easy to talk to . She listened and educated. I will be sending my husband and other friends. Staff was all well versed and extremely kind. A++++++

From the moment I walked in I knew the staff was there to help me. They asked all the right questions and made me feel that they truly cared about me . Dr Ross was quick and explained everything so I could understand what was wrong with me and what needed to be done. I am very grateful for the care I received from Dr Ross and her staff.. I would not entrust my eyes to anyone but Dr Robin Ross. Not only does Dr Ross take care of my eyes as I suffer from Lupus and dry eye syndrome, but my 90 year old mother who suffers with macro-degeneration, and my brother also flew in to see her from Minneapolis. The care my family has received from Dr Ross and her entire staff is far above and beyond anything we have ever experienced from any other clinic. In the last two years I've been through 3 eye issue: Uveitis (left eye), a retinal bleed (right eye) and dry-eye (both eyes). I've been a patient with Global Retina for all three problems, and I am sooooo glad my Optometrist sent me to them. Each event has been handicapping. Dr. Ross and the entire staff are far and away the BEST health care PROFESSIONALS i have worked with and that list is unfortunately long. Testing, explanations, options and expectations were all fully covered. My case was inordinately complicated and challenging. Dr. Ross was more that up to it with outstanding results.
