Horrible Company. Complete waste of time. Horribly slow process, its been 10 days since I made a payment to receive my new iphone and it is still yet to be shipped. The companies CEO and management are Vice president and owners of Ebay, with those kind of achievements I would have expected a high quality customer service and an over all better company. I was wrong to believe or trust them with my time and money. A real shame, but I would never go through this process again or recommend it to anyone.

Don't do it!!!!! Please don't "sell" your phone-or anything else for that matter-on this site. Everything takes 3x as long as they advertise that it will. Trust me. I sent off my iPhone which was in excellent condition (no scratches), only to have it rejected by the "buyer" because of a so-called giant scratch on the glass which would supposedly catch a fingernail. Oh the slowness. This....is...taking...so...what was I waiting for? Oh yeah...a phon So why are these guys so painfully slow? Will they stay in business with their 'go slow' strategy? I paid for a phone on the 5th, the seller got the shipping container on the 12th. Phone has not shipped. When will it? Who knows. Maybe by election day, maybe by the inaugeration. Horrible horrible service I ordered an IPhone 6s, 64GB and received a 16GB twice after they promised to make a note on the sellers account. I'm extremely frustrated with the service and the fact that they only have an email to contact them about concerns. They take forever to get back to you and often haven't returned my emails at all. In addition when I ordered the phone the arrival date said one thing and it arrived almost two weeks after that. Terrible service, I will never been using them again.

Looks like they tried to cheat me! Ordered and paid for 128GB iPhone 6S. They sent a 16GB 6S. We shall see if the return refund goes well. Best case is that they wasted several hours of my life. Follow up: I ask to return iPhone. They sent a box. (In the meantime, I ordered a phone from their competition. Mission Accomplished. Easy Peazy.) Glyde acknowledged return of the crap iPhone and credited my card. Did I mention what a total waste of time they are?

2 orders cancelled in a row, absolutely terrible online purchasing experience Glyde provided me with the absolute worst online purchasing experience I have ever experienced. This is not hyperbole. After my first order was cancelled, I emailed the address they are suggesting everyone to email. Buyer: iPad was a 64 not 128 as stated, plus it was activation locked and no charging accessories. iPad air was a 64 not 128 as stated, plus the battery was dead, there were no charging accessories, and once I eventually got it charged it was activation locked. Glyde offered $20 off for missing charging accessories, but then argued with me about the "market price" of a 128GB ipad air vs what I paid (even though it was only 64GB). Glyde disclosed my personal information to 3rd party!!! Do not use Glyde! I bought an ipad from them and gave it to my daughter. A week latter i was woken up at 6:30am by a man saying that he had sold me his IPad through glyde and wanted it back!! Key question: why did glyde give him my personal information? Isnt there some basic quality control? I thought i was buying from a professional company not some idiot in Texas!! You should be worried about Glydes quality control and their willingness to protect your identity!!!

Got it fast but it won't hold a charge! My iPhone 5s was certified but the battery won't hold a charge. I can literally charge it to 100% and see the percentage of charge go down rapidly before my eyes
