Sales team is less interested in service. At our first visit we had a salesman who is completely disinterested in helping us and we left extremely dissatisfied. Vehicle quality is hit & miss, but prices are very good and many vehicles are good deals, so if youre shopping here you should be aware of what youre going to find for the price. On a second visit we had a wonderful young lady who worked with us, although again we came away without making a purchase. We would go back to H Greg again.

Horrible Customer Service! I was told that a car showing online was still available so I made an appointment to come and see it only to be told upon arrival that the car was 'in service'. .I asked if it had been sold, they said No, it's 'in service". Then they proceeded to try and sell me a lame version of the car that I came to see originally. I believe that it's a fishing scam. They put nice 'pictures' online but don't have the actual cars. Upon reading the reviews I see others have experienced this same issue..
