Professional and upfront with pricing and terms. The only reason I didn't go with them is because I was purchasing from out of state and found a deal closer to home.

Salesman was great. However the waiting time for me to sign my paperwork was too long and there was no social distancing being enforced in the place. People were inside the dealer not wearing masks. This was not very smart on my view .

Several times I was told I'd receive a callback and did not. In fact, they gave me the run-around so long that the car I wanted sold to someone else. It was returned and I was eventually able to buy it but not before calling them 4 times in one day until I got a sales rep who actually wanted to help. I was honestly blown away, with one sales associate even telling me that he'd have to check with his manager and get back to me about whether it was possible to hold a vehicle and place a deposit. Very friendly and helpful staff. They contacted me about a vehicle I was interested in, but didn't give me the pushy sales person act. I ended up finding a car elsewhere, but would definitely purchase from them in the future if they had the car I wanted for the best price.
