Hi, Seemingly I do not snore anymore, maybe just a few little noises but nothing to what I did do (although I never ever heard myself). Thank You this is great, as I know longer have to worry about staying at other people' s places as I used to get quite embarrassed about it . Thank you so much :)
I bought this product because I was going on a camping trip and would not be able to use my CPAP. It really works!!!
This device works, and prevented a blooming relationship from going south when my new partner told me I snored. It takes some getting used to, and I still have a bit of tongue soreness in the morning. Overall though, it is a cost effective way to stop snoring. I didn't give it 5 stars because of my sore tongue.

This contraption really allows me and my partner to sleep much better. It wasn't easy, as it took more than a month before I was really able to sleep with it at all, and I still have to stop from time to time. But the result is there: most night I stopped snoring and I sleep much better from it.
Purchased and was easy to use and would have totally worked for me if I didn't have bruxism which made me bite my tongue. My fault not the mouthpiece. My money was returned promptly. Very professional.

I have been using this device for several months. It needed some trimming to fit comfortably without irritating my gums but once I got it to fit properly it has been very helpful. It does not totally eliminate my snoring but definitely helps and I awake feeling more rested than without it. I do sometimes remove it without waking up but this happens less and less and if I try to sleep without it I actually wake myself up with my own snoring as before. Worked the first night and slept very soundly for the first time in a while. Mouth is still a little sore...gums mostly after about a week. Hoping that improves as my mouth adjusts. Love not being told to "roll-over" several times during the night or heading to the couch. Thanks.
