Much more comfortable than an MAD. I did have to trim the lower edge which was too deep and cut into my lip, and it does tend to slip out a couple of times in the course of the night. However, all in all, the best device I have used.
It has helped and seems to also be training my tongue a bit. My only complaint is that the edges are irritating my gums and in some sleep positions the edges are uncomfortable. The literature accompanying the device said to expect some gum soreness but this is not going away. Makes me wonder if I am doing any harm to my gums. My partner likes the results when I use this which was the principal reason for trying this.
Snoring didn't bother me, it bothered my girlfriend though! And that's why I give it 5 stars, it works and now she can sleep no problem. She's super happy with the results. It's true it's not cheap but if it works, and it does, it's worth every penny. It's not the most attractive or comfortable thing to wear but I got used to it quite quickly. So happy to know there's a solution to my snoring!
It is comfortable and really works. The only reason I gave it a four instead of a five is that once in awhile it will slip out during the night due to saliva. That is a small inconvenience. I have tried other products and they were often very uncomfortable. My partner also says that he is sleeping much better since I have been using this product.
Sincerely, this is working wonderfully. My wife never comments or complains that I'm snoring and more importantly I'm waking up rested in the am. The times I forget to wear it, I wake up dragging my butt.

It took a few weeks for me to adjust to the device. I tend to clench my teeth in my sleep, and the device caused me to bite down on my tongue instead of my teeth. A sore actually formed on my tongue and it hurt! Well, that seems to have stopped. Frankly, it now feels so natural that I forget I'm wearing it! My husband says that I rarely snore while wearing it. It is certainly an easier solution than a device that thrusts my lower jaw forward (and would thus messes with the alignment). Highly recommend!!!
