The Good Morning Snore Solution device has made a huge difference in my quality of sleep. It took a couple of nights to get used to having it in position, but I had no problem after that initial period. My family no longer complains of the loud snoring and I feel more rested in the mornings. Takes a while to get used to. Fits in the mouth well. I did have a little discomfort on my gums the first few weeks, but that has stopped. It does cause a little drooling every so often. Occasionally I have spit it out in my sleep and found it in bed or on the floor. You also need to get used to trapping your tongue in the bulb to hold it in place. Had been advised to get a CPAP machine, but after using the good morning snore device this is now not necessary, very happy!

Yes, it does work! In the past I used plastic mouth guards and they worked very well too but after a couple of years I found that my teeth began to move, so much so that my dentist had to put a brace on my lower front teeth to secure them. That was extremely uncomfortable; it was expensive, I lisped and I spat and couldn't stop myself licking the brace all the time, so my tongue got very sore. I bought the two pack. Arrived promptly as advertised. It was difficult for the first two weeks. Gums were sore but, the sleep (mine and my wife's) was worth it. After two weeks no pain or irritation just sleep. No regrets.
I bought this product because I was going on a camping trip and would not be able to use my CPAP. It really works!!!
