The Good Morning Snore Solution device has made a huge difference in my quality of sleep. Takes a while to get used to. Fits in the mouth well. I did have a little discomfort on my gums the first few weeks, but that has stopped. It does cause a little drooling every so often. Occasionally I have spit it out in my sleep and found it in bed or on the floor. You also need to get used to trapping your tongue in the bulb to hold it in place. However, this is a ton better and easier than the stupid CPAP machine. I use it every night. My wife is very happy unless I "forget" to put it in or if I don't get my tongue in co... read more
Had been advised to get a CPAP machine, but after using the good morning snore device this is now not necessary, very happy!

Yes, it does work! In the past I used plastic mouth guards and they worked very well too but after a couple of years I found that my teeth began to move, so much so that my dentist had to put a brace on my lower front teeth to secure them. That was extremely uncomfortable; it was expensive, I lisped and I spat and couldn't stop myself licking the brace all the time, so my tongue got very sore.
