This product is very comfortable after I trimmed it to fit inside my mouth... At first it caused a lot of discomfort at the top and bottom gum line because it was too big. My kids tell me I don't snore anymore when using it and can tell when I forget to put it in before I go to sleep. My only concern is that I feel that the pressure of my tongue on my teeth all night is shifting my bottom teeth forward. I'm still getting used to it (as they said I would) but on the first night I had immediate results. I downloaded an app on my phone to illustrate my snoring before and after Snore Solution. The difference was remarkable! I even showed my friends the difference and three of them are ordering their own. I would probably give it a five but I'm still trying to get used to the whole process. but since I do have a problem with sleep apnea and have tried the CPAP machine which I hated, I knew I had to find something els Do I wish I didn't need to use the Stop Snore device? After being diagnosed for sleep apnea, I hesitated to get a CPAP , mostly because it just seems like too much money, especially if it doesn't work. I figured with the 30 day return policy, why not try the GMSS, based on the review I saw on the net that looked a little too much like an ad. Remarkably, it works well for me, reducing drooling and snoring and getting me to breathe through my nose. I'm down to waking once per night, shortly before my alarm. It does exactly what is says, stops me from snoring. It is a bit awkward at first and I find myself waking up throughout the night to adjust it, but overall I'm happy with it.

Although it took nearly 4 weeks to get used to the device - some problems with positioning/retaining it in my mouth all night - things finally worked well and my snoring has been either very reduced or eliminated entirely. Very grateful, happy and enjoying the benefits of a proper night's sleep!

For me, this has worked better than the several brands I've tried of mouth guard type snore solutions that pull your lower jaw outward. No morning jaw soreness or concern about the long term impact of something that is putting force on my teeth every night.

I hesitated due to the price, however I bought the two as the price was better. I recommend this to any and everyone who snores or for unknown reasons to themselves, awakes suddenly in the night. I have slept straight through the night, without even awakening, since I became use to sleeping with this. I sleep so well now, that I panic if I can't find this device before I sleep.
