A recent sleep study demonstrated a reduced AHI (Moderate to Severe reduced to Normal (AHI of 1.8)) utilising GMSS in conjunction with a positioning device ( Remartee). This makes the GMSS a viable alternative to other OSA therapies in my case.

Works for me! After reading a number of negative reviews, all I can say is that it works for me... or so my wife tells me, and she's the one who should know. It's not perfect, 'cause I still seem to spit it out some nights, but overall, it's relatively comfortable and certainly effective. funny how easy you can get used to sleeping with your tongue sticking out! My first one has lasted more than nine months and I'm just ordering a second now... the original one is still fine, though beginning to discolor a bit. I'll keep it ... read more

It did stop the snoring although my husband felt that his throat was dry as a result of wearing the device. Slips off the tongue sometimes and needs to be repositioned. Takes getting used to as its not perfectly comfortable to have something in your mouth while sleeping.

This product is very comfortable after I trimmed it to fit inside my mouth... At first it caused a lot of discomfort at the top and bottom gum line because it was too big. My kids tell me I don't snore anymore when using it and can tell when I forget to put it in before I go to sleep. My only concern is that I feel that the pressure of my tongue on my teeth all night is shifting my bottom teeth forward. I'm still getting used to it (as they said I would) but on the first night I had immediate results. I downloaded an app on my phone to illustrate my snoring before and after Snore Solution. The difference was remarkable! I even showed my friends the difference and three of them are ordering their own. I would probably give it a five but I'm still trying to get used to the whole process. but since I do have a problem with sleep apnea and have tried the CPAP machine which I hated, I knew I had to find something els Do I wish I didn't need to use the Stop Snore device? After being diagnosed for sleep apnea, I hesitated to get a CPAP , mostly because it just seems like too much money, especially if it doesn't work. I figured with the 30 day return policy, why not try the GMSS, based on the review I saw on the net that looked a little too much like an ad. Remarkably, it works well for me, reducing drooling and snoring and getting me to breathe through my nose. I'm down to waking once per night, shortly before my alarm. It does exactly what is says, stops me from snoring. It is a bit awkward at first and I find myself waking up throughout the night to adjust it, but overall I'm happy with it.
