It does work; However, it is uncomfortable. The soreness in the gums did not go away for me. Maybe the material used should be thinner so that the pressure created by the suction does not affect the gums that much. Overall I give it a 4/5.
This devise was a little hard to get use to first of all. However the alternative was sleeping somewhere else on a permanent basis, which wasn't an option I wanted to take up. After about a week it I became use to it, and now its fairly simple stuff. It may come out every once and a while during the night but overall its reduced my snoring significantly so now I don't have bruised ribs in the morning. A very positive result and if you are looking for a solution I recommend you give this device a go.
It helps with snoring but my husband has struggled with a lot of drooling. He feels better in the morning when he uses it though even if he feels that his sleep is disturbed by the drooling.
