Works....but It works great for my adult son, but I don't get the proper suction. I would definitely buy another if they made a smaller size.
Blown away with this product!!! At first I was skeptical that this small piece of plastic could help my snoring because, as my fiance put it, I shake the house when I snore...but I decided to go for it and I wish I had gotten this product sooner! Great product- been using it for a couple of years now, - it reduces the bruising - from being nudged in the night - wife gets good night sleep too. Seems to help that morning cough too. Great thanks.

It does take a bit of time to get used to but it is so worth it. I sleep much better and so does my husband since I no longer keep him awake.

This is indeed an awesome solution for a most grave problem. It´s really extremely effective, besides being light and portable. Quite ingenious, and yet, very simple. I won´t deny that it´s not that cheap, but it´s really worth every penny though. Nor I would say that it is very comfortable to use, at least in the beginning, and is still feels a little bit awkward to use, however, you´ll eventually get used to it and you won´t bother, as you see the quality of your sleep increasing.
