First mouth piece I have ever tried so nothing to compare to. It is effective in eliminating snoring according to my wife. Takes a little getting used to, 3-4 weeks before I could sleep with it all night.
My mouth just seems not want to adjust.I will try it for another while then maybe consider returning it. Thanks
The initial results have been excellent!. Usually, My throat is so dry during the night I have to get a drink several times. Now, I sleep through the night. My family say they can't hear me snore at all! So happy I found this product!
It works! It only takes about a week to fully adjust to something holding your tongue but after that most peaceful and quiet sleep I've ever had.
I love my Good Morning Snore Solution! I can finally get a good nights sleep. And my husband can finally get a good nights sleep without me snoring all night! My only complaint is that it is too big for my mouth so I had to trim it. It still hurts my gums a bit, but it's worth it. Overall it's a great big thumbs up to this product!!

This is an easy-to-use device that appears to be reducing my snoring. However, sometimes (during sleep) my tongue slips out of the suction bulb that's supposed to hold the tip of the tongue in place, and there have been times when the whole device slips entirely out of my month while sleeping. I guess I have to spend a little more time getting used to it. It's somewhat pricey for such a small, simple device. I paid about $180CDN for it, including shipping, handling, taxes and a container.
