Good overall - Bad pest control I've stayed here for the past year. It's overall good. Place is pretty clean. Most of the time, maintenance responds fairly quickly, within 2-3 days for non-emergencies. I never really used the ammenties so I can't speak to that. I did have issues getting them to deal with my rodent issue in an efficient manner. They just stuck a bunch of glue traps and didn't come back for days. Verified Renter My time at Governours Square was great! It was in the perfect location for my first apartment in Columbus. It was basically 20 minutes to everything, which made my commute very easy! I enjoyed the amenities during my year and a half, the pools being a highlight! The community was clean, quiet, and safe.

Verified Renter Perfect floor plans, little smaller bedrooms for some appartements, but it's good. I'm satisfied by everything except the laundry which is fair because few washers are working and has a bad smell.
