I am a former employee of Grand Prairie Ford and just thought the public should hear my experience with this dealership. I was fired in November of last year for having two months of low performance in my sales. Now I NEVER have low performance in sales I in fact used to be a sales manager prior to working at ford. However at that time I had a miscarriage and had several complications from the pregnancy that required me to visit the doctor and hospital several times within those 2 months which caused my low performance. While it was a pleasure doing business with my salesman I am unsatisfied with my purchase due to unseen cosmetics that I now have to pay for.

Bought a ram 1500 big horn, after two weeks later the radiator broke, dealership didn't fix l, I fixed out my pocket.

I made a recent purchase and as it was too late, I signed the purchase documents on impulse. Unfortunately, they do not explain the price of the vehicle and make you sign digitally and do not give you any documents on the day of purchase. They do this so that you do not regret it and when I realized that the price was so high, it was too late.

Really bad atención to the customer and they don’t have the cars ready and fully inspected

Salesman did not communicate well during the deal. He went back and forth to his ‘manager’ more times than were necessary. It was infruriating!

Agreed sales price $43662 they put $47502 now they keep passing problem to someone else.
