The finance team was good. The sales team was awful. It took 6 hours to complete the process. I purchased my 1st car 40 years ago and have never been treated this way. They used every cheesy sales tactic imaginable. I will never visit this dealership again.

What you can expect: 1) Being lied to: Told me my bank's rate would be 11%. Bank actually offered my 6.5% 2) Being offered a much higher interest rate than you could get otherwise. 3) Not sharing your credit score with you even after you ask. 4) Being lied to that you being given a “free” warranty when in fact they lower your interest rate to keep the payment the same. (This doesn't help you if you already planned to refinance) 5) Being charged to have the car inspected/detailed, which is just hiding costs that other dealers... read more

Did not receive my paper work from finance still don’t have it and I don’t have my title to the truck it has been almost 4 months I have contacted the gm and he assured me that I would receive my paper work through email while we were on the phone and I have not.

Didn't like that the front window came with a chip in it and no floor mats plus bumper was hanging off in front and had bald tires

Do not go to the place. This place is such a rip off. They pretend to have your best interest, and they do not. Ron Smith, have you believing a bunch of stuff just to make a sale. He doesn't care about anything but messing up people credit and taking people money. Bunch of lies. I will never go there again.

This was the last service on my contract. They were supposed to rotate the tires they did not rotate the tires. They got into the car dirty and it smelt like oil for 2 days.

Had my car for almost one month. Did not look at it until it had been there for 2 weeks

I took my truck for service for couple repairs and they fix the repairs and I got back my truck with damage in the interior and driver front speakers not working.
