I recently bought a ford expedition max 2021. The listed price on carguru was 35k, no where in the ad did it say this pricing was for people with 700+ credit score. After they ran my credit, said I wasn't qualified and decided to raise my price to almost 40k. I was hesitating to even want to buy the car at that point seeing this bait and switch game they are playing, but my wife really wanted it. Went to buy two trucks. Worst service I have ever had. First salesman Josh could not find the keys to the trucks we were looking at. Then bought wrong vehicle. Sat for long periods of time waiting. Sales manger would not try to work with us on prices of truck. Decided to buy trucks. When we looked at the truck it was in perfect condition. Very deceptive and shady. Salesman quoted me a price on a truck(in writing). Took sometime to work out that price. I'm 5hrs away and when i said i'd come in for that price he added 1600 dollars. Same truck but he said that was a one day only price. At no time did he say that earlier and he knew I was 5hrs away, no way to make it in the night we agreed on cost.

Service was horrible, man was rude and loud, I am not his "BRO", vehicle is not even 2 weeks old. Picked up a screw or nail. This guy needs to be retrained or fired!

Bait and switch. Price on both your site and theirs was not the true price. They added at least an additional $2000 when I was finally able to pin them down to a price before wasting a trip to their dealership.

Dealership experience was pretty good I would say, our salesperson on the other hand was awaful! he had a habit of lying consistently to me after the purchase of my vehicle. If you're going to buy from Grand Praire Ford, you'll probably be happy as long as you stay as far away from Jackie Mercer as possible, honesty is not an attribute he recongnizes.
