If I could give less then 1 star I would. My husband & I came from Tyler after going back & forth with Brenda (used cars). What we wanted to look at of course wasn't there any longer. We test drove another truck, got it. Drove it less then 2 weeks & now has been sitting at a local dealership waiting for the MPP insurance guy to come look at it. Average dealership with terrible customer service. They put regular fuel in cars that are only supposed run on premium. When i asked Huey if the car should have premium after he filled it with regular he said “it doesn’t matter”. After verifying that it indeed should ONLY have premium fuel i brought it to his attention and he was extremely rude and confrontational.

Great salesperson but added too many unnecessary fees to price, which made negotiations harder. Free oil changes will help.

Initially I had a great experience. Yessenia did a wonderful job with customer service. She found me the right truck until after having bought it. Found out the entire truck shimmied and vibrated excessively at higher speeds. I sent truck back to Ricardo Pinilla and it took him three days to have tires balanced. I clicked on the get a price button and a sales rep called me and said the price of the Bronco Sport was $32,685 as it showed online. I told him I had a long drive and would not pay more than that price. When I got there I found out that more than $1200 was being added to the price. Also, I found the dealer was offering far less than the trade-in amount indicated by the online tool. I went expecting some negotiation on trade-in and then writing a check. Made an appointment to preform service as specified in Ford Technical Service Bulletin. On arrival at appointed time and much whispered discuss in another office the advisor told me that Grand Prairie Ford could not do the instructed service as listed in the Ford TSB without first going through their on diagnostic procedure so I could be charged more $$ to correct a Ford software issue that should’ve been a recall, but instead the dealership is doubling up what should be for the procedure.. Absolute nightmare. I usually buy either a BMW or Lexus but was in the mood for an American muscle car so I went to drive the only black convertible mustang in the dfw with an appointment. After waiting for help it didn’t start. Brand new and it didn’t start. They trying jumping it for a few mins and it didn’t work at first so I decided to leave. The sales manager guy asked what he could do so I asked for a discount for my time and trouble. He quickly said no so I left. Very dissapointed.

Be careful here I bought a vehicle here that I'm having issue with now. I day after purchase. They have had the vehicle longer than me. Had to bring it back to get a inspection that I was told I had and everything but the brakes are good. I purchase the vehicle cash. Over 20.000 and I haven't drove it 1day.
