Beware of Fraudulent Practices at Grand Prairie Ford in Texas! I recently went to this dealership to purchase a vehicle but walked out as soon as I realized the scam they were trying to run on me. Cesar Fuentes was great. Typical disappointment with finance trying to squeeze the highest interest rate out of you, or tacking on.additional unnecessary items to your purchase, the part that always makes purchasing from a dealership undesirable.

I just took 2 F-150 trucks I bought thru another dealer to the service department. I spent over 5k on both vehicles combined. The first vehicle is a 2013 f150 that would overheat after 80 miles when I brought to their department. Within a week at their service department - they could not tell me what was wrong. Very bad experience. Jose Pacheco was the sales rep and Brandon Flem was the sales manager. I called to inquire about a car in transit. I was told they were going to call me when it got there. I called a week later and they told me it had arrived the day before. I scheduled an appointment to go see it the next business day and when i showed up they told me they had already SOLD IT.
