WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER! !!!!!!! I have been around the block a few times and have bought and sold MANY vehicles over the years but this place takes the cake.. from a completely incompetent sales lady to the absolute low ball trade they offer. our recent visit (1/25/23) to this dealership was not satisfying to put it lightly! my boyfriend needed a car asap because his car crapped out on him. we went through different research channels and got pre-approved through our local credit union. we just needed to pick a car and execute the paperwork process. we came here, looked at the car, test drove it, only for things to drastically change when it came to financing and we told them we had gotten pre-approved. they told us ATLEAST 5 TIMES they had to run our credit to ma... read more

After explaining to them we were pre-approved with our credit union and ready to purchase they allowed us to spend 2 hours deciding on a car only to say they refused to sell me if I didn’t let them finance the deal. I would have let them shop rates for me however the way they handled the entire deal was very greedy and self serving for themselves. It was very clear they weren’t looking for a lifelong customer. All I can say is, my vehicle was brought back in to repair 3 times in 2 months. My 2019 explorer went in for A/C not working and went back in 5 days after GPF having my vehicle for 1 month, for coolant leaking. They did not address other issues I requested to check. They stayed with my vehicle for a second Month to correct the coolant leak. After me picking up my vehicle for the second time and two months later ,I now have a massive oil leak from the head gasket. sales person was really rude when i was try to buying an used car , when i ask wht they will charge me more that true car price , manager didn't care

How funny on the bad reviews they don’t answer. But I was sold a warranty that says one thing .And gave me a different hand written that says something else. Don’t get extended warranty make sure you call Mpp and make sure they have the same application,that they gave you!!! I will never buy from them again.

They don't care about you. Kelly Blue book had my car at 11k trade in value and they offered me 4k. They are not worried about making money or the customer happy. Typical Ford dealership. Absolutely crazy that in today's market where dealerships are begging for used vehicles bc that's all that people are buying and they offer me 4k on a truck that runs smooth and is lifted with tires and wheels worth what they offered me. Crazy they do not care.

WARNING stay away from Grand Prairie Ford because they will screw you over and I would put zero stars if I could. I bought a car from Ron Smith on July 30th and within a few days the check engine light came on. I also noticed that the alignment felt weird so I took the car to an alignment shop and they found suspension damage and told me to go to a body shop. Worst customer service I had had from a dealership in 50 years. Mader appt to have just and oil & filter chance, nothing else for 10.30am Sat morning. We I arrived I was the only vehicle in the bay and I waited 10 minutes before someone came out to my truck. I live an hour away so I had to wait for my truck. After 3 hours I asked the service advisor where was my truck and he said it was almost ready. I ask him why it is taking so long for just and oil change and I had an appt.
