It's been issue after issue with this place. The first time I used Grapevine Ford to service my car the service advisor seemed very dishonest and pushy. I wasn't planning to go back, but then I was having issues with my car not sensing my keys (both sets), and Grapevine Ford was the dealership I was familiar with, so I went there. I was told they needed to replace the batteries on both sets of keys, which I paid for. To Whom It May Concern: Feb 7, 2020, I bought my Ford F150 at Grapevine Ford in Grapevine, TX. That very day while I was finalizing my paperwork, some woman who was backing into the space next to where my truck was backed in wrecked into the driver side fender and damaged it. Scott in the service department did exactly what he promised, so thank you Scott. Here is my concern with my transaction. Our account had a charge of $160.00 on it with no explanation, we made numerous calls to Scott who looked into it and the following day we received a call from a lady in the loaner car department who said the charge was because we returned the car dirty and they had to detail it we were told we put over 300 miles on the car. Customer service is not in their title at this location. Most of the service staff are in a hurry to move on to the next customer and not completely satisfy the customer at hand. The only reason why i come here is because i own a Ford and is the closest location to me.

Worst customer service (we're even helped by the service dept's assistant manager!) , unreliable, untrustworthy, money sucking business, she m even said they are not really "FORD" Ford! Why did I ever came here you give Ford company a bad name will not be coming back here or will be purchasing a vehicle from Ford or any vehicle that is affiliated with Ford. Such a shame. I made a service appointment online for Thursday morning at 7:00am to have my air conditioning worked on as it was only blowing hot air. I brought the car in early so there would be no issues. On the day of the scheduled service I called and was informed that they would not be able to even look at it until sometime the following week. I took my truck in to get the Zaktek wash, and I was very disappointed. I scheduled my truck to get cleaned on a Saturday morning at 8am. They had my truck the entire day. I picked it up at 5pm. When I received it, I noticed that the outside was cleaned (except for the runners), but the inside was not. My wife has Zaktek for her Armada and the folks at Texas Nissan of Grapevine do a magnificent job every time. I'm pretty sure I'll be taking my truck there going forward.

Fuck this Ford also. Service center would not give me a quote on a catalytic converter replacement unless I spent $170 on the diag. That's right, in order to enter the strip club, there's a fee. Who knew? Then too boot, they would not download the $170 diag I spent at Ford in Irving that told me I needed a catalytic converter. Not only in 2022 Ford computer systems aren't connected they don't compete with each other in pricing. This is called market manipulation. FUCK YOU FORD, I CAN'T WAIT TO SELL THIS PIECE OF SHIT!
