Came to Grapevine Ford to perform the dreaded cam phaser repair on my Expedition. As part of the repair they removed the refrigerant from the AC line in order to take off the passenger side valve covers and they never recharged the line once they completed the repair. The first warm day I realized there was an issue with the AC system so took it back to them to take a look and was told everything is fine. Always disappointing experience here. Save your time, energy, and money and go anywhere else. I was sold a 'luxury vehicle' at Lincoln and told I would have all these perks like free loaner vehicles when my car needed servicing and how easy getting my cars oil change and free car washes etc would be... nothing could be further from the truth. It is a complete hassle and pain to even get an appointment scheduled here. Let alone anytime in near future- 5 weeks out for an oil change?!? That's the soonest available appointment?!... read more

I wish I could rate the Grapevine Ford service department a zero! If you read the Grapevine Ford reviews on the major review websites, it is strikingly apparent that their primary focus is on the sale. Except for the flim-flam Finance Department, they seem to do a fairly decent job at selling vehicles. I bought a used truck with less than 30,000 miles on it. The day (monday 5/29) I bought the truck they told me that I was not able to bring it home and that it had to stay at the dealership so it could be serviced and that it would be ready in approximately 2-3 days (wednesday-thursday). the next day (tuesday) came and they told me they had ordered parts and that those parts would be in wednesday night so my truck would be ready by thursday or friday. thursday came and they told me my truck would be ready by friday at 5 pm. ... read more

It's been issue after issue with this place. The first time I used Grapevine Ford to service my car the service advisor seemed very dishonest and pushy. I wasn't planning to go back, but then I was having issues with my car not sensing my keys (both sets), and Grapevine Ford was the dealership I was familiar with, so I went there. I was told they needed to replace the batteries on both sets of keys, which I paid for. To Whom It May Concern: Feb 7, 2020, I bought my Ford F150 at Grapevine Ford in Grapevine, TX. That very day while I was finalizing my paperwork, some woman who was backing into the space next to where my truck was backed in wrecked into the driver side fender and damaged it. Scott in the service department did exactly what he promised, so thank you Scott. Here is my concern with my transaction. Our account had a charge of $160.00 on it with no explanation, we made numerous calls to Scott who looked into it and the following day we received a call from a lady in the loaner car department who said the charge was because we returned the car dirty and they had to detail it we were told we put over 300 miles on the car. Customer service is not in their title at this location. Most of the service staff are in a hurry to move on to the next customer and not completely satisfy the customer at hand. The only reason why i come here is because i own a Ford and is the closest location to me.

Worst customer service (we're even helped by the service dept's assistant manager!) , unreliable, untrustworthy, money sucking business, she m even said they are not really "FORD" Ford! Why did I ever came here you give Ford company a bad name will not be coming back here or will be purchasing a vehicle from Ford or any vehicle that is affiliated with Ford. Such a shame.
