******* boy came to my door lied bout me already having it then put me on I cancel them right away now they stalk me all day everyday I tell them stop calling and harassing me I block them and they call from different numbers and trying argue with me I just hang up
SCAM!! A rep came to my door claiming they were from my gas and electric company. He said he was looking to lower my **** to make sure everything was correctred flag because if he was from my gas and electric company they could see that in their system. Do not sign up with RPAyour **** will skyrocket and the whole sign up process is suspicious
SCAM company. You can't cancel account!. They keep saying their systems are down.
They came door to door and told us we were over charged. We were told to look for lower bills. At no time were we told we were switching companies. I know...read everything, but that is despicably unethical. I'm on hold with my current carrier to not cancel them. You're next!

This company is SCAM..they hire vendors/sales reps too go door to door to get customers to sign up for lower rate adjustments, when they are actually signing people up for their service, and for the sales/ vendors to not get paid.

This company is fraud company. The company tell Sales person to lie to people to get sign on their contract. The Sales Person told you that they from *** and to save $3 for *** Electricity Delivery’s customer charge. I saw their contract and their contract showed electronic rate fee. I had switched my electric company from peco to NRG at a locked in rate at .07 had them for months then all of a sudden I get a bill for $350 for that previous month. I called peco and freaked out they said it was my supplier that was over charging me. It was .15 cents per kilowatt. I called the company on my bill and freaked out. They did nothing and told me I still had to pay it. I hung up filed a complaint with peco and switched to inspire energy that day. In reviewing the account it appears the switch was authorized at a retail kiosk location. A contract was signed, and you provided a copy of your photo id at the time as proof that you were authorized to switch. We will have a customer experience manager contact the number we have on file to resolve this matter with you.
Scam I signed up! Said my bill would be lowered. I wasnt even that mad about that but not I'm so mad because they Wont stop calling me now. Everyday sometimes 2 to 3 times a day! Bad business!

I have removed RPA energy from my COMED account for some reason (mainly higher bill). But they continue to call me daily for last 4 months, even twice or thrice a day. All they are trying to record the call, and if I say "Yes" mistakenly they will again signed up for their service. These are different numbers, so blocking is not an option. I am not sure how can the company have so low morality, that they can disturb someone like insane. Please never sign up for this company.
