Hi, I am very disappointed with Green Choice Energy (GEC) service and their laying to customer. I switched to GCE because their representative came to our apartment and requested us to change to GCE and promised us that our **** is going to cut in half and said there is more saving with GCE. He said at least I can save $5 from my previous **** and he also showed me the sample print out.In reality my usage gone down but my **** increased. I called GEC today about the matter and hoping to hear soon from them.
This company sends individuals to your door to deceive you into switching service providers. A random man showed up at my home during dinner to demand copies of my DTE gas ****. I refused. He continued asking. When I said no again, he became belligerant and shoved my railing then left while swearing at me. What sort of company does business like this? Frauds. They send people out to lie to your face about the ******** they try to sell you. Clowns should be ashamed of such pathetic business tactics.
They say they will lower your electric **** and use only green energy. After one month your electric **** ends up being 3-4 times higher than normal. They use nasty sales tactics and mislead you.
******* boy came to my door lied bout me already having it then put me on I cancel them right away now they stalk me all day everyday I tell them stop calling and harassing me I block them and they call from different numbers and trying argue with me I just hang up
SCAM!! A rep came to my door claiming they were from my gas and electric company. He said he was looking to lower my **** to make sure everything was correctred flag because if he was from my gas and electric company they could see that in their system. Do not sign up with RPAyour **** will skyrocket and the whole sign up process is suspicious
SCAM company. You can't cancel account!. They keep saying their systems are down.
They came door to door and told us we were over charged. We were told to look for lower bills. At no time were we told we were switching companies. I know...read everything, but that is despicably unethical. I'm on hold with my current carrier to not cancel them. You're next!
