this place needs to be better so we can be better. treatment for fentynol needs to be started treatment taper down meds right as persons walked in the door. or atleast the next day. not 3 days later. more understanding of the drug and the effects of coming off of it would help everyone. the staff is great. we all need to learn more and more to all be better.
Accommodations was a two because room wasn't clean after asked twice to clean it. Also I paid for private room and when moved there was a roommate, when I spoke to person about it was told it would be fixed. I left and came back a few hours later there was another lady in there. It stressed me out pretty bad and I lost confidence in the process.
The purpose of greenhouse is great and their are some that try to fulfill that purpose then their are other whom in my opinion are entitled individuals whom treat us by us i mean clients as drunks and alcoholics with no sense. When actually the majority of us are very educated individuals. Greenhouse has strayed away from their mission statement as well as their morals and values are no longer aligned with what they are advertising to the public. A pretty good facility, most staff are pretty rude and condescending, however the good ones far outweigh the bad, Artoro is wonderful, as well as keith and willa. This place will definitely teach you tolerance and test your desire to actually want to stay clean and sober. You can tell some of the staff try and make up for the inconveniences that come with being here which make the bad apples a lot easier to deal with. Overall a good facility just keep in mind what you are here for.

Don't feel there's is advance medical care for patient needs.
my first time here at the greenhouse was good but this time i felt dat greenhouse didnt offer me what i needed to be treated i hope that there be changes on patience feelings and needs
greenhouse great place to get sober i will recommend. I had a few issues with nurses and instructor , there should be stricter rules , too keep patients in line .
No communication among staff. D/C uninformed a scdule would be appreciated.
