I really appreciated the fact that our CR-V was once again being serviced at Greensboro Honda. When I purchased the vehicle, I also purchased a "maintenance package". The difficulty with the package was that logistically, I had to take the vehicle to a Chevrolet dealer. In my view, they were simply not the same standard. Back at Greensboro Honda, I know that everything was checked and the maintenance that was performed was performed to a high standard.
I love that the space is open and clean & very visible. Plenty of options, if you want to sit and do your own thing or watch TVor wander. They do keep you informed as your service is performed. Facility is very clean and neat and the associates are very friendly. I have yet to have any issues with this dealership and hope to never have any.
