Once again, Greensboro Honda provided a great service experience. Although this was just a visit for routine maintenance and the NC state emission inspection, service advisor Karen handled the event with expertise, and technicians completed the work within the time estimate. When the free Multi Point Inspection was completed, Karen provided a detailed explanation of a maintenance concern that could be resolved on this visit, however, due to time concerns, I deferred it until the upcoming week.
It was superb Steven is an amazing representative of Honda. He really takes care of his customers and is an honest guy.
Very easy to schedule and service was completed quickly and with comprehensive list of all services done and any issues.
Upon arrival I had to ask for service while the staff set there just looking at me. This wasn't my usual experience.No one took the initiative to just get up. That part was a little disappointing. Other than that I was taken great care of by the general manager personally.My vehicle visor fell off and he replaced it for me free of cost due to my loyalty and that the vehicle had just been purchased a short time ago.
Like everything. They are great.
Karen did a great job in explaining what was going on with my car. She organized a ride for me to work and from work to pick up my car.
