They were able to replace and repair the misaligned inner fender, provided a loaner vehicle at no cost, and offered a credit for future service due to the troubles. Tldr; Landry Garris is the guy to ask for. He helped find my dream car, the 23 type R, and was kind and professional for the whole journey. I saw him interact with other customers as well with the exact same service and kindness for Amy vehicle they were looking for. The whole team at Greensboro Honda were very kind and accommodating. We ran into the issue of a flat tire 2 days ago and had to drop it off at this location after their service department had closed for the day. Luckily, Karen from the service dept was still there and was amazing. She helped us get us on the schedule to get maintenance and the tire patched the very next day.
