I went in for a recall, seat weight sensor, and it took 2 hrs 40 min to get my vehicle back. Seems like they are overloading the schedule to run as many vehicles through as they can. The staff was nice, so no compaints about them.

Really well especially the desk person who helped me with everything she was so nice and just made the whole process so smoothly .
Juan was great. Very attentive and he also followed up on concerns. I purchased the warranty and asked him a couple of times to send the warranty information from the finance guy but I finally got it by contacting Preston. I loved the service but not the lack of understanding and information.
