They dealt directly with the mechanic shop. I pretty much didn't have to do nothing but pay my deductible once the work was completed

Not a bad experience. I had to do hardly anything, my mechanics assistant was able to connect with the company directly and save me the hassle.

Making a claim on my car warranty was easy according to my repair person. It delayed my repair about 1/2 a day but that’s what I expected. The cost of the repair was almost what I paid for the premium. So happy k took out the warranty. The only other item to mention is the amount of time required to do the repair. The warranty company approved 4 hours; the dealer wanted 6 hours snd my mechanic completed it in 5 So k paid for one hour of labor. Once again no surprise.
