The company as a whole encourages it's em
ployees to maintain a student mentality. My manager is a catalyst for development. He regularly assesses and provides feedback on my skills, performance and personal development interests. I am stronger as a result. Previous employers tended to focus on development which benefits the organization exclusively. After several years of working for GWC Warranty I recognize and appreciate the feeling of value the organization has for me as well as others who are a part of this amazing company.The people who work here are the best! They are focused on delivering the best product, service and support every day. Other employees are always at the ready, willing to answer questions, provide support, share best practices and celebrate each others successes! I also appreciate the CEO, Rob taking the time to mail birthday and holiday cards to each employee!

Excellent place to work, with quality management
that really cares about the success of the company and especially its people. GWC has one of the most organized corporate offices I've ever worked for, especially their support departments.
Cons
None, other than corporate office not centrally located, but this happens with most companies.
Advice to Management
Shorten or streamline the hiring process.

First off, I'm Gregory Stabryla which is on the warranty. The tough part is finding a garage that accepts the warranty, of which yours is one repair shops will take, if they take any. My recent experience ran into trouble when my mechanic tried to charge over double the price of the part. I could have gotten two for the original price online, with a two year warranty! I also know of a shop that will install these parts, but how does one get paid doing it this way? I think it is great for a used car that I only drive less than 6000 miles a year, it's a 2002 with less than 80 thousand miles. For minor repairs it doesn't pay, only major repairs it seems worth it. It’s was ok. You guys are not specific about what you & what you don’t cover. For instance the warranty only covered the motors & nothing else! I needed cable for my sunroof so I ended up paying for my sunroof. Everything else was pretty good! more »

This is the third major repair I needed made to the well-maintained and low-mileage 2007 BMW i3 I purchased two years ago. While GWC hasn't covered all the expenses involved in these repairs, it has covered half or more, which has made keeping the care possible and bearable. more »
