Overall working with gwc was a positive experience. The only complaint that we have is that on the initial contact we were not advised that there were in network preferred providers. While we appreciate being able to choose our own provider we would have chosen a network provider had we known upfront. Due to not knowing that we had a considerable delay in a repairs because of the cost Associated above and beyond what the warranty company would pay. All in all though it was an easy experience. We ended up finding a preferred provider and only ended up paying our deductible. The key is to make sure you choose a preferred provider up front. Gwc cover the expenses as indicated by the plan. No arguments. No hassle. Where our car was at another provider, not a preferred provider, there was a considerable delay and having an adjuster come to review the shops estimate of our vehicle. All of which could have been avoided by using a network provider up front. Friendly customer service. Delivered as promised. Just do your homework up front and everything will be fine.
