Glad we bought the warranty because it ended up saving us about $1000 in the end. Wasn’t the most convenient though as we waited for the warranty company to come out and inspect the damages for two days and were without our only vehicle for 6 days.

Really like the warranty I received other than one main thing. I have the Exclusionary coverage with $100 deductible. However, it is never just the deductible, it’s always more I have to pay. I have had 2 repairs since I purchased my vehicle (radiator and heater blower motor) and both times I have had to pay $70+ over my deductible I think mostly because GWC won’t pay my repair shops’ full labor/hr rate. Other than this, I would say this is the best warranty I have ever had on a pre-owned vehicle.

The first time I had to do repairs I didn't know I had to call your company first and I thought I would get some of my money back but I was wrong

I didn't even deal with GWC but I paid a pretty penny for bumper to bumper warranty. When it came down to replacing a pricey part that came with a pricey labor bill. GWC stepped in a footed the bill. My dealer set everything up.

They only wanted to pay for aftermarket parts for a truck that only had original parts in it. I was disappointed.
