Estimate was around $5300.00 deductable was supposed to be $100.00 ended up having to pay $2300.00 out of pocket. Not exactly sure why warranty company didn't cover it all when at the beginning they said they would. Very dissatisfied.

I paid for a warranty that supposedly was the best with most coverage but at the time of a claim they paid for used parts not new plus my vehicle was on the shop for 7 days and they didn’t want to. Reimburse me for the rental that they said they were gonna pay for $35 per day up to 5 days.

I only gave a 1/5 because I had to in order to write a review. This is the WORST company to deal with. I’ve had my car a year, it’s been in the shop 17 times (weeks to months at a time) because these people only care about money and put crap parts into my car. So instead of taking the time to put a decent part in my car the first time I’ve now had 3 engines and 2 turbos. Instead of paying the money the first time to get the job done.

You gave the repair man a difficult time approving the repairs. It took too long. I still had to pay over $350.00. All in all it was a terrible experience. I will NEVER recommend you service to anyone.

The warranty covered just what it said it would. The repairman did have to get a supervisor on the phone to get the correct coverage for my policy. The first and second time he called the reps didn’t give him the proper coverage

Received reimbursement check for repairs fast. Only issue is I'm not sure what they paid for since I,had more than one repair being done. Would like to,have received a breakdown of what was paid.

First of all I did not have a price for my deductible even when I bought the insurance nobody tell me the price neither the dealership

Had my truck taken to the garage for a broken leaf pack... they discovered I needed a whole new pack and ordered the part. The part came in and it was a different pack then what was on it because the manufacturer changed the design because the old design was not safe and had several problems. When the dealer contacted GWC to try and get the other side replaced they denied it and there for the dealer had to find the old style pack.
