From the first call with Gwen, we knew we were in great hands. Throughout the entire process Gwen was so responsive and efficient. She went above and beyond in every way and answered every question we had. She even helped us with random first-time homebuyer questions. By the time of closing Gwen was more than just our Loan Originator, she was our friend! Gwen Swain was the best Loan Officer I've ever had the pleasure to deal with..She was always available..always informing us of what we needed..and giving us the step by step information on our loan and the processing of it. My Realtor thought she was the greatest also.
