This was the best and easiest home buying experience I’ve ever had. Excellent communication on everyone’s part. The process was easy and seamless with uploading documents. I was fortunate enough to get to work with Gwen Swain directly for a majority of the process. She should be highly praised and is a huge asset to the company. She is full of knowledge and you could tell she cares not only about the client but the company and her fellow coworkers as well. If I purchase another home I will not hesitate to use her again.

Gwen reached out to us when we were thinking of moving from our state to Idaho. She walked us through probably the same questions until we pulled the trigger. She was very patient and knowledgeable! We even got a lower rate than what we thought we would in the location/house we never thought we could afford. You can't go wrong with going with Gwen!

Gwen was fantastic to work with. She was personable, professional, and very prompt with our loan process. We are first time buyers and she completely demystified the home buying process. She took the time to explain the whole process to us and made sure all our questions were answered. The process was so much less painful than we were imagining. We highly recommend her for your mortgage needs!

We are first time home buyers so we were completly lost about what everything was and what needed done. There were some things that weren't explained up front but I think it was just that they do this every day - most things are second nature and they probably don't think to explain as they go. When we asked, her office was very helpful in explaining. There were a few miscommunications that got cleared up. Overall, the office was very professional and got the job done!

Gwen and her team at Waterstone made the process of buying my first home much less stressful. Not only did Gwen take the time to explain to me the process of applying for a home loan, she also continued to answer each and every one of my questions throughout the process. Even during the signing process, she and her team were available for quick check-ins over the phone. Gwen also helped me stay realistic about what I could afford. I could not recommend Gwen and her team more highly!

Gwen is amazing! My husband and I are first time homebuyers and bought a home from out of state. We didn’t know where to begin.
