Gwen first off was an absolutely fantastic woman to help my fiancé and I with our first home buying experience. I have worked with Gwen twice now. The first time purchasing my home, and the second after a separation a refinance. The first time, I felt so at ease about the process, but wondered is this normal for it to be this easy? Due to Gwen's quick availability and pre approval letter we were able to put in an offer on our first home in the same evening we saw it. Because of her nontraditional work hours and work ethic we got an amazing deal quickly and are now settling into a dream of a first home that we can grow into! Gwen was on top of everything from start to finish. If I had any questions, they were quickly addressed and I never had to worry about what needed to be completed to close on time.
