I've been taking my dog Winnie here for several years. The staff are always courteous and the vets are friendly and capable. In addition, they recently went out of their way to help me when I needed an update for my rabies certificate for my dog to travel with me overseas. They really went above and beyond and there are really good humans who work at this animal hospital. Again, thank you for your help.

Dr Horne was very kind & thorough. Both the Dr. & technician Heather were very kind & patient with our anxious dog. They both helped to make the experience for her as pleasant as possible. I've had many vets over the years, & I can say with assurance that Dr Horne is one if the best.

Dr. Horne and Jen were both fantastic. You would have thought my Lucy was their own dog. They both showed professionalism and carrying character.
Haw Creek animal Hospital is truly a caring loving animal clinic. I was so impressed by the care that my dogs have received since coming to Haw Creek. My Jack Russell's are almost 16 years old and I was nervous about one of them having his teeth cleaned due to his age. They called me right before he went into surgery and as soon as he came out, they did an amazing job on his teeth and he has way less issues chewing now. Today I had to put down my precious Yorkie, Nikki. The vet was wonderful, put a blanket on my lap. I held him while he was sedated, then put to sleep. It was a good experience in a bad time. Everyone during his visits there have been wonderful. They are compassionate, caring, gentle and wonderful people. Highly recommend taking your pets there.
So my husband brought home a dog, that I was like "sure it can stay until we find it's owner" And then it grabbed my dog by the neck. At 7pm on a Friday. When we were broke. Like day before payday we had 150$ broke. Couldn't get a loan anywhere. Called around and nobody would help. She had legit holes in her neck. They had a 91$ urgent care exam fee. We figured okay. Having never previously seen them, the staff at this hospital made saying goodbye to our dog of 12 years less stress inducing. We came in fearful, but were put at ease. The doctor was very reassuring and compassionate through the process. The staff helpful and accommodating. I felt moved to write this after I left. Thank you guys. I appreciate your patience and helpfulness.
We took our dog in on the 6th, Saturday, about 5:30pm. They are open till 11pm. I had called them about noon and they worked us into the schedule. Our dog, Cora, had a split nail. They had to sedate her to fix the nail and bandage her paw. Dr Nelson took care of Cora. I can't say enough about how nice Dr Nelson was, a very caring person. Tonight I came home to my rescue husky collapsed on the floor trembling, not able to get up because she was so weak. I was extremely worried about her wellbeing and looked up an animal hospital near me. Haw Creek was the only one open late enough, everything else had already closed. I called them and was asked if it was an emergency, and not really knowing what was happening I said "yes maybe I don't know" meanwhile trying to fight back tears.
