I was so impressed. It was obvious she had read my pre-check material. She asked pertinent follow-up questions, and really tailored her procedures to fit my experience and situation. The hearing tests I had were so comprehensive and Dr. Krotz explained each test and discussed my results, giving me time to ask questions. She also knew what my insurance covered and asked questions about my lifestyle to help me choose the appropriate hearing aids.
