I have been a patient of Dr. Kristin Krotz for the past 3 years and have always received excellent professional care for my hearing loss. Recently, she and her assistants were most helpful and accomodating in fitting me in on a busy day, which I appreciated very much.

Dr. Krotz has provided the highest level of service I've ever experienced. She saw me on a few hours' notice to diagnose my hearing aid repairs, and when they needed to be shipped for service, she fit me for loaners that same day. Also, I'm retiring and moving out of state, and she's really putting in extra effort to help me find another doctor for my transfer. I'm reluctant to go, and may end up making the long drive just because I don't want to lose her stellar service! - Ken B.

This was an organized and positive visit with Dr Krotz and her team from check in to checkout. Throughout my comprehensive exam, Dr. Krotz was professional and friendly.
