I have always had a very positive experience at Hearing and Balance Solutions with both Kristin Krotz in her evaluation and treatment of my hearing loss, and with Sandy at the front desk, who has always been so helpful and accommodating.

I was nervous about the hearing test but they made me feel at ease. The receptionist was friendly and answered my questions, the wait was minimal and the doctor was very patient with me. She explained everything and answered all my questions. I was pleasantly surprised at how comfortable I felt with during the entire visit. I highly recommend them.

Best audiologist i have ever had…. Was commuting from new home in South Carolina for an appointment. Happily back in Maryland now…. Easier commute And Sandy makes administration insurance etc etc a breeze. Top notch operation!
