My first hearing test and the results were explained clearly and concisely by Dr. Krotz. I would recommend anyone who has not had a hearing test to have one and make sure you go to Hearing and Balance Solutions. Crispin Etherington

I was nervous about the hearing test but they made me feel at ease. The receptionist was friendly and answered my questions, the wait was minimal and the doctor was very patient with me. She explained everything and answered all my questions. I was pleasantly surprised at how comfortable I felt with during the entire visit. I highly recommend them.
