The wait time was minimal. All staff that we were in contact with were friendly. The doctor was very informative and professional.
Excellent care. Any concerns or questions I have are always discussed. A slight problem with my hearing aids was identified and resolved.
I felt I was listened to and understood, my hearing test was thoroughly explained, and next steps were discussed and put in place. I felt compassion from them and relief from hearing my diagnosis. Feel like I now have an advocate.
