Dr. Krotz was very thorough and explained every test result clearly to me. Her professional and courteous approach was very much appreciated. I have referred close friends to her and they are extremely impressed by her as well. I strongly recommend her to anyone in need of hearing aid assistance.

I was nervous about the hearing test but they made me feel at ease. The receptionist was friendly and answered my questions, the wait was minimal and the doctor was very patient with me. She explained everything and answered all my questions. I was pleasantly surprised at how comfortable I felt with during the entire visit. I highly recommend them.
Best audiologist i have ever had…. Was commuting from new home in South Carolina for an appointment. Happily back in Maryland now…. Easier commute And Sandy makes administration insurance etc etc a breeze. Top notch operation!
The wait time was minimal. All staff that we were in contact with were friendly. The doctor was very informative and professional.
