I have received excellent personal attention during each visit. Everything was explained in understandable terms and all questions answered. Appointments have always occurred at the scheduled time with no delays -- that is not the case at most medical facilities today.

Dr Krotz took the time to explain everything completely and answered all of my questions. She is an expert in her field and is current in hearing technology. I would strongly recommend her.

It was great. I thought I was just going to drop off my hearing aid for possible repair. Instead, I was seen by doctor and provided a loaner for use until a decision could be made as to the best way to go forward. Thank you.
