Sandy is very proficient at the desk. Dr. K always does a thorough job and is a genuinely nice and friendly person.
Dr Krotz took the time to explain everything completely and answered all of my questions. She is an expert in her field and is current in hearing technology. I would strongly recommend her.

It was great. I thought I was just going to drop off my hearing aid for possible repair. Instead, I was seen by doctor and provided a loaner for use until a decision could be made as to the best way to go forward. Thank you.
