Fantastic experience! Kristin is a wonderful and extremely knowledgeable person, obviously on top of her profession. I left with a thorough understanding of my hearing deficit and what could be to manage it.

Dr. Krotz is knowledgeable, relaxed, friendly, up to date on hearing issues. She explains everything clearly. While she used a lot of technology in evaluation, I still had a very personal and pleasant visit.
