I arrived at the dealership without a maintenance appointment (my day off work). My car was taken in right away, which I was thankful. The young man who assisted me gave me a status report about an hour into my Nissan Rogue's 20,000-mile maintenance checkup. This is my 4th Nissan from Herb Gordon Nissan, and I have never received anything but excellent service! This dealership doesn't disappoint!

I have been coming here for years and hope to continue for many, many years! I usually make an appt with my team, but had an emergency and was treated very well. I can't be happier. I won't go anywhere else.
When I need to bring my car in for service, I call to make an appointment. From the moment I speak to an employee (a very warm greeting!) to the time they complete the work, I have received nothing but friendly customer service and professional service to my SUV. I wait for my SUV and the bathroom is always clean.
Chase was very professional. I called and he was able to get me in right away. My car was serviced in a timely manner. Great experience overall.
The entire team is so helpful every time I have a concern. Chase is the ultimate team lead, EVERY concern is addressed and he ensures I am satisfied. The staff here are AWESOME. I have 3 other dealerships i can go to for repairs but I drive from Capitol Heights, ND to Silver Spring.
