Bruce immediately responded back to my email inquiry. He didn’t waste our time and play the usual games that car salespersons play with customers when they are trying to purchase a vehicle. We crunched the numbers over the phone. I told him to get the vehicle cleaned up and we would be there shortly with a check and cash to pick the vehicle up. Emilio was a top notch salesman. He was professional and made my experience easy and enjoyable. This was my first new car purchase and felt it went smoother than I expected.
Got in and out quite easily as promised,had a 5 yr old grandson who can easily get restless, so the promptness really helped. It was very nice of the employees to offer free donuts and snacks
The service representatives are nice and attentive. Good people means good service and good dealer. I found a piece of plastic cover (maybe 5 inch by 10 inches big) on the passengers side of the car after the last service on the mat. I asked if they could look if it fell from under the glove compartment or something. They said the car wasn't missing anything and it didn't belong to the car. Lynn is always a pleasure to deal with, I specifically ask for her when making an appointment! The previous visit I had work done and the mechanic (forgot his name but was awesome) showed me the problems an recommended what should be done or could happen. Was professional and thorough helping make my decision to have the work done at Herb Gordon.
Quick diagnosis. Problem quickly repaired and delighted the warranty was stlll applicable. I appreciated getting to speak directly to the mechanic. Courteous, professional, and not dismissive.
Customer service is great. Chase and Grant are very friendly and helpful. And it's great to have donuts while waiting for my car to be serviced.
The service was very good. I had an 8 AM apt. and they were right on time. They provided an overview of what they were planning on doing and then listened politely to my other request. The service was done quickly and the service advisor explained their work sheet and the cost to me which was very reasonable.
Akeem was very helpful. This was the best experience I have had in buying a car. Bruce was helpful in providing an estimate for the car. It was exactly what we paid.
