Make sure to do your homework and visit more facilities to make sure you get the best place. I know covid is affecting everything. The facility is short-staffed, The room size is good-sized, and they have a whirlpool bathroom.

My mom is happy and content at Heritage. The residents are well cared for and respected. The receptionists at the front desk are very helpful and friendly, as is the personnel in the marketing department.

My 85 year old mother lives at Heritage West Allis, having moved to be closer to me from what I considered a very good assisted living facility in Iowa. Heritage has surpassed my expectations. The facility itself is very attractive and clean. Before COVID-19 they offered a great variety of activities for the residents, and since residents have been more confined they have sought to meet the individual needs of residents, although this can be a challenge.
